Order Processing
All orders are processed once full payment has been received and reflected in our account. Orders are prepared with care to ensure quality and accuracy before dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery takes 2–3 working days, excluding the day the order is placed. Delivery timelines apply to major centres across South Africa. While we always aim to meet these timelines, any unexpected delays will be communicated to you promptly.

Courier Service & Tracking
We use The Courier Guy as our trusted third-party courier partner for nationwide deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, a waybill number will be shared with you so you can easily track your parcel.

Delivery Notifications
All delivery updates, including tracking details and dispatch confirmations, will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Fees

We offer flat-rate shipping of R100 on all orders delivered anywhere in South Africa.
The delivery fee is automatically calculated and added at checkout.
